The CRE Core Concepts Series (CCS) is designed to bring together a faculty of industry leaders and top producers to teach commercial real estate fundamentals. Five courses are offered over three weeks, allowing students to tend to business while learning concurrently. A certificate of completion is awarded to students who attend all five classes, but students are also welcome to sign up for individual courses.
These courses are intended for those relatively new to commercial real estate, but all experience levels are encouraged to sign up and participate. Brokers, developers, property managers, and administrators will all benefit from being exposed to the course materials, and real estate licenses are not required as a prerequisite unless they receive CE credit.Each of the five courses are part of CRCBR’s CRE Core Concepts Series. CancellationsFull registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made more than three business days prior to a class or program date. Cancellations made three or less business days prior to a class or program will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 12:00pm the day before a class or program. CRCBR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or program as needed. Registrants will be notified and will have the option to transfer or receive a full refund.
