The 2026-2027 GenUp course is a four-hour course that must be completed by all brokers who wish to renew their license for the 2026-2027 license year.
CE Day Elective: Ethics & Equity in Commercial Real Estate (CE Approved) - October 2026

This is a 4.5 hour class that satisfies the NC Elective requirement, NAR REALTORS Code of Ethics requirement and the NAR REALTORS Fair Housing/Anti-Bias requirement for cycle 8 ending 12/31/2027.
