DESCRIPTION:The 2026-2027 GenUp course is a four-hour course that must be completed by all brokers who wish to renew their licenses on active status for the 2026-2027 license year (effective July 1\, 2027).\n\nDon't forget to register for the afternoon CE Day elective.\n\nCourse Instructed by Cheryl CrawfordCRCBR is going paperless!\nBOOKS - COMING SOON\nPlease have your virtual copy downloaded to your electronic device (laptop\, ipad\, etc) or printed out.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: Provisional Brokers and non-BIC Brokers must take the General Update Course. CRCBR strongly recommends that commercial practitioners take the commercial version of the BICUp or GenUp\, as applicable.\n\nThis course is part of CRCBR's CE Day. Lunch is included for those registered for both the GenUP and Elective courses. All students please bring your recent NCREC Pocket Cards in order to receive credit for the class. Click HERE for more information. \n\nCancellations\nFull registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made more than three business days prior to a class or program date. Cancellations made three or less business days prior to a class or program will be refunded\, less a $10 cancellation fee.
