Description

In this 4 hour course, you will learn how the REALTOR® Code of Ethics applies to every day situations and how it works with NC's license law through interesting and fun case studies. We call this a "2-fer" or a "BOGO" because if you are a REALTOR®, this satisfies your Code of Ethics requirement as well as your NCREC annual elective requirement. If you are not a REALTOR®, this satisfies your annual NCREC elective requirement and will refresh your knowledge of the law. Has both residential and commercial case studies.
