What is CRE-PAC

The Commercial Real Estate Political Action Committee (CRE-PAC)
was established in 2019 to: 

• Promote the election of commercial real estate candidates at the state, and local levels. 
• Get the commercial real estate industry voice heard and recognized. 

All contributions must be made from a personal checking account or credit card.
No corporate accounts may be used.

Paid for by CRE-PAC, NC law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, job title or profession and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election cycle. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes.
