Professional Summary: Gilbert Bradham is an experienced real estate leader with a multi-phased 

proven record, excelling in client evaluation, negotiation, and team leadership. He also has 

substantial experience in endeavors outside of CRE.

Skills: Bradham has excellent verbal communication, team leadership, human resources, 

interpersonal, and written skills, along with expertise in client analysis, negotiation, project 

management, report writing, staff development, self-motivation, conflict resolution, and team 

coordination.

Previous Experience: Bradham has served as a Managing Director & Managing Partner and 

Broker-In-Charge at SVN Palmetto and Kingship Collective, leading teams, strengthening client 

relationships, and delivering outstanding fiduciary services across various commercial real estate 

asset classes. He also served as Court Appointed Receiver & Shareholder, Vice-President of 

Operations for Limehouse Property Receivers, LLC.

Volunteer Work: Bradham has actively participated in volunteer roles, including membership in the 

United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, working with helicopters & boats. He is also a SLED-certified 

South Carolina State Constable serving as a Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer.

Education: Bradham has earned multiple advanced degrees from The Citadel, including

a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law with a Legal Subfield, Summa Cum

Laude Institutional Honors (4.00 GPA), a Master of Science in Leadership, and a Master of Arts in 

Intelligence & Security Studies. He is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership 

at The Citadel Zucker Family School of Education, to share the expertise he has learned with others 

in the future.

Early Career: Bradham's early work included roles such as a shrimp boat deckhand, where he built a 

strong work ethic and teamwork skills by working over 112 hours (not a misprint) weekly.
